The ingredients:
- Bread slices
- Blueberries
To flavour:
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Fat:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Heat blueberries, 1 teaspoon of sugar and some water
- Simmer until blueberries burst and mixture thickens into jam
- Spread blueberry jam evenly on to a slice of bread
- Slice off bread crusts and toast in olive oil until charred
- Serve
