The ingredients:
- Diced chicken breast fillet
- Nai bai / Milk cabbage
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped onions
- Cut spring onions
- Minced ginger
- Beaten egg
- Seaweed strips
To flavour:
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
Fat:
- Vegetable oil
- Marinate diced chicken with minced ginger, sugar and soy sauce
- Stir-fry chopped garlic until fragrant
- Add marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry
- Add onions and spring onions to the pan and stir-fry
- Cover for about 5 minutes
- Remove lid and stir nai bais in
- When nai bais are cooked, pour in beaten egg
- Stir gently
- Remove from heat just before egg is fully cooked
- Serve over rice
- Garnish with seaweed strips and spring onions
