The ingredients:
- Darne cut of fish
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced ginger
- Chopped onions
To flavour:
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Fried granulated garlic
- Plate fish and sliced tomatoes
- Place thinly sliced ginger on top of fish
- Add chopped onions
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Sprinkle fried granulated garlic
- Steam for 20 minutes or until cooked through
- Serve
