Mum's tomato steamed fish

The ingredients:

  • Darne cut of fish
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced ginger
  • Chopped onions

To flavour:

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Fried granulated garlic

 

  1. Plate fish and sliced tomatoes
  2. Place thinly sliced ginger on top of fish
  3. Add chopped onions
  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  5. Sprinkle fried granulated garlic
  6. Steam for 20 minutes or until cooked through
  7. Serve
