The ingredients:
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped onions
- Chopped red chilli or chilli flakes
- Tofu
- Sliced shiitake mushroom
- Enoki mushroom
- Egg
- Choice of vegetables and other ingredients
To flavour:
- 1 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang paste
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Fat:
- Vegetable oil
- Sesame oil
- Fry garlic, onions and chilli in vegetable oil and sesame oil until fragrant
- Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, gochujang paste and sugar
- Add in paprika powder to taste
- Pour in 2 cups of water
- Add in mushrooms, hard vegetables and tofu and let simmer for 20 minutes
- Stir occasionally and add in sliced cheese if preferred
- Crack an egg
- Garnish and serve
