The ingredients:
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped tomatoes
- Broccoli
- Beaten egg
To flavour:
- 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Paprika powder
- Parsley flakes
Fat:
- Vegetable oil
- Boil broccoli in water
- Fry garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant
- Add tomatoes into frying pan and stir fry until soft
- Add tomato sauce, sugar, paprika powder and parsleys flakes to taste
- Slowly pour in egg mixture in two to three batches
- While pouring in the last batch of egg mixture, turn off heat to retain runny texture
- Mix gently
- Serve
