Vermicelli in sizzling fragrant oil

The ingredients:

  • Glass noodles / Mung bean noodles
  • Minced garlic
  • Minced chilli
  • Minced onion
  • Chopped spring onions

To flavour:

  • Equal portions of light soy sauce and vinegar to taste
  • Chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoons of sugar

Fat

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

 

  1. Boil glass noodles in chicken stock
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and pour onto minced garlic, chilli and onions
  3. Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil and mix
  4. Stir in glass noodles and garnish
  5. Serve
