The ingredients:
- Glass noodles / Mung bean noodles
- Minced garlic
- Minced chilli
- Minced onion
- Chopped spring onions
To flavour:
- Equal portions of light soy sauce and vinegar to taste
- Chicken stock
- 1 teaspoons of sugar
Fat
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Boil glass noodles in chicken stock
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and pour onto minced garlic, chilli and onions
- Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil and mix
- Stir in glass noodles and garnish
- Serve
